DELIVERY INFORMATION

Tongs Baby orders are processed to prepare for delivery after your purchase. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the shipping company no later than 7 (seven) business days. For special orders, the term time is determined together with the customer. Cargo companies are responsible for our product deliveries. The products that constitute the subject of the contract are delivered to the cargo company to be determined by the buyer. Shipping fee belongs to the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Can I return the products I bought?

You can exchange the products you receive from our online store by contacting us with the invoice or shipment within 15 days and the invoice amount. As a Tongs Baby, a refund is accepted as long as the return conditions specified below are met.

 

What are the return conditions?

  • The products that you will return must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of the use error.
  • The labels of the products must be strictly on the product and in an undamaged state.
  • The series of products must be complete.
  • The number of parts in the tool products must be complete.
  • Torn, improper planting, color shedding, etc.caused by the production process. in such disgraceful cases, an unconditional return of the product is received.
  • If the prepayment was given before the order, the prepayment is not refunded unless a justified reason is given for the product cancellation.
  • If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. For all other return or exchange requests, the cost of returning products belongs to the buyers.
